Located
in the south Yungas Province in La -Paz. Pasto Grande was an important
base for the agricultural production since the Tiawanaku Culture.
After it was used by Incas. In the area we find 250 ha with agricultural
Terraces, also small-towns, access roads, irrigation channels that
show the grade of technological advance in the Pre-Columbian period.
Pasto
Grande is an archaeological place not completely studied. In its
configuration is similar in a certain way than constructions of
Mollo Culture.
On
the south of Prespanic Takesi's Path, there are paths that conducts
to Chuñawi the straightest way to get to Chulumani. One of
them goes through "Las Siete Lagunas" Named "El Camino
de las Orquideas" to enter until the Pasto Grande Archaeological
Complex.
